1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the services.
2. Description of Services
​
Leaner Fitness provides fitness training services on site as well as via our coaching app.
3. Registration and Accounts
​
In order to access certain features of the services, you may be required to register for an account on one or more apps. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Billing policies
Clients enrolling in any training plan with Leaner Fitness LLC agree to purchase either a recurring plan, billed every 4 weeks, or a paid-in-full plan, billed as a single one-time payment. All recurring plans are subject to automatic renewal without provisions for pauses or rollovers. Only pre-scheduled session times are guaranteed. Rescheduling is available on a limited basis, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-serve basis; sessions not rescheduled within the same week shall be forfeited. The availability of any specific trainer is not guaranteed. Once payments are processed, no refunds shall be issued, with the exception of the first payment, which will be refunded if written notice is provided within 3 business days of payment. Business days include Saturdays, but exclude Sundays and Federal Holidays. Clients may terminate their plan at any time through their client profile.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner during in-person workouts and online classes. Any violation of this code of conduct may result in the termination of your access to Leaner Fitness services.
6. Health Liability Waiver
a. Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that the services provided by Leaner Fitness LLC include physical activities that may involve a risk of injury. I voluntarily assume the risk and responsibility for any potential harm or injury that may occur as a result of my participation.

b. Health Status:
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent my participation in Leaner Challenge services. I agree to inform Leaner Fitness LLC of any changes to my health status.
c. Medical Clearance:
I understand the importance of obtaining a medical clearance from my healthcare provider before participating in any fitness program, especially if I have pre-existing health conditions or concerns.
d. Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in Leaner Challenge services, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Leaner Fitness LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, costs, and expenses that may arise from my participation.
e. Emergency Medical Treatment:
In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Leaner Fitness LLC to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf.
7. Release of Rights for Content (Photos, Video, etc.)

a. Grant of Rights:
I grant Leaner Fitness LLC the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during the course of Leaner Fitness services for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.
b. No Compensation:
I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such media and release Leaner Fitness LLC from any claims related to the use of the media.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.​
